Our Story…
Our story begins in 2018 with three best friends Alex Eaker, Clay McKinley, and Elliot Dunbar. Lost Hollow Beer Company is the culmination of a lifelong dream. United by their shared passion for brewing beer, these three friends embarked on a journey that would lead them to create a brewery deeply rooted in their beloved community of Greencastle.
Head brewer Elliot Dunbar, had an unyielding love for crafting exceptional beer, and started experimenting with brewing in his own closet. As a Greencastle native, Elliot's connection to the town runs deep, and his hometown’s charm quickly caught the attention of his friends, Alex and Clay.
What started as a casual brewing project between friends soon flourished into something extraordinary. The crew expanded, bringing together a phenomenal team of like-minded individuals who shared a dedication to quality and innovation. With their combined expertise and unwavering commitment, Lost Hollow Beer Co. was born.
